Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich - Bend it 1967

Bend it, bend it, just a little bit
And take it easy, show you're likin' it
And lover, you know that we're gonna hit
The heights 'cos I'm sure that we're made to fit
Together just like pieces of a
Jigsaw puzzle, what's the hustle

Bend it, bend it, just a little more
Without you, baby, I'm so insecure
But you can make me feel that I am sure
I've got a sickness only you can cure
So just relax, there's stacks of time, but honey
Please don't tease me - try to please me

Oh-yeah, that's good, oh-yes, ah-yes

Bend it, bend it, just a little bit
And take it easy, show you're likin' it
And lover, you know that we're gonna hit
The heights 'cos I'm sure that we're made to fit
Together just like pieces of a
Jigsaw puzzle, what's the hustle

Bend it, bend it, just a little bit
And take it easy, show you're likin' it
And ahhh... show me now, yeah that's right
Ah, oh yeah, yeah that's right
C'mon now, right right right

HAD to see this after watching Futurama!

  • BENDER!!!!!!!

  • @FoolsChaos That's the Fender IV Six-string bass. I love that sound, too. It's almost too heavy for this kind of music. You'll find that sound in some of the Beatles' White Album songs like 'Helter-skelter' and 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps'. Eric Haydock from the Hollies used one of those, too.

  • "im gonna get 100 kegs, 100 hookers, and 100 Elvis impersonators that aint above a little hookin'"

  • That bass sound is big, ballsy and harsh, I haven't heard many bands from this time that had that type of sound. Most bands from this era used the flat wound soft attack sound, this has a bright attack almost distorted and compressed, not unlike Chris Squire from Yes, or an early rush bass sound.

  • YES! found it futurama 100th episode : )

  • British zorbas i guess? me gusta.

  • @aeroidus You're retarded
