@Andre30001968222 yeah Marley scratched the track and added Scorpio by Dennis Coffey and Walking Into Sunshine by Central Line....that remix saved his career..

I was about 15/16 when this album came out. The song Eat 'Em Up L Chill just popped into my head, so I looked it up on Youtube for a quick recap. This i a classic album and still sounds fresh today. I've got it on vinyl somewhere, probably all scratched up and wrottingin my Mum's garage no doubt.
Anyhoo's, I'm off to Amazon to pick up a CD/digital copy. Look out for a 37 year old white male pumping it out on the stereo in depths of Walthamstow, UK.

@lawplanet12 Never said that LL did not write his rhymes on other tracks, I was just making a point on this album. But you need to holla at me on my personal page fam. Who's your uncle? It may be a small world; you know what I'm sayin?

@broli28 this is true but I WAS IN THE STUDIO WITH LL DURING THE RECORDING OF MAMA SAID KNOCK YOU OUT ALBUM (my uncle was one of the engineers on this album) ! LL very much did indeed & still does write his rhymes so i don't where you get that information from....keep in mind that this is also the dude who wrote MC Lyte's part for "Self-Destruction"....DID YOU KNOW THAT ?

If Moe Dee was honest he'd tell this was the track that ate at him the most. Moe Dee kept claiming that while LL made great records he was inferior lyrically. LL shows here that he is lyrically on another planet. "You're not complete. Im battling a fragment."
