Harwich Town, March 2006

Harwich Town opened in 1854 and is on the end of the Mayflower Branch line which runs from Manningtree to Harwich Town. The station only has one platform and a few sidings of which weren't in use in our visit. At the time of filming Harwich Town was served by One with services running to London Liverpool Street, Colchester and Manningtree. We start off with a shot of an Class 360 Desiro in First Great Eastern livery and then take a look towards Dovercourt station. Then we look around outside at some buses where there is a bus depot for First Eastern National.
