looks real good man, A little shaky maybe. I think it might look better if you use some sort of "old video" filter, instead of rain stock footage. I'll have to try it for myself to see how well it works. 4/5 though!

It looks to me like just the rain effect and the shakeing screen to get this effect and of course the sound effect
