Dan Worrall has done it again and created a great tutorial on granular synthesis with Alchemy. It covers all aspects of the granular engine as well as explaining in detail how the position and stretch knobs can be used to create all kinds of effects. All Alchemy videos are now available for everyone to watch, even if you don't own Alchemy yet.
Dan Worrall makes a living off of his voice.

This has so much potential that my head hurts thinking about it.

What a synth. I've had it since it's release but I'm really getting into granular synthesis lately. Omnisphere is for wannabe designers, this is for the real macoys.

At first glance alchemy seems so straight forward but slowly realizing just how deep it gets, I was sad when I got away from reason because I loved maelstrom so much but this synth has filled that gap and so far exceeded all expectations. Anyone on the fence about this one really has to try the demo and experience it for themselves.
