Besides being one of the best songwriters of the 20th Century, Alan is also a really nice guy. Very polite and mannered. It's amazing to meet an artist of his caliber and to find out he's not some overstuffed, pretentious show-off.

Greatest video in the youtube. Alan's genius is also shown in his personality. It was brings great things out of me to watch him talk and play expressively.

Alan Menken - probably one of the greatest composers of the 20th century. Up there with the likes of Wagner and Stravinsky.
