@whirlyfan it IS on dvd.. It was part of the Arrival deluxe edition in 2006..but I´m not sure whether it´s still in the shops..

Love the part at 1:41 in which all four of them are laughing; as if they were on "The Tonight Show" and laughing while sitting on the couch/chair with Johnny Carson.
