I know someone that got completely better from this pain by doing the stretch in the wall. I am suffering of this pain, its terrible, and my plantar gets swolen I can see it, I visited a doctor but didn't help at all, he told me to swim, I am very very sad because I have stopped my dancing activities because of this pain, its horrible snif snif
