Allah is Arabic for god. So when you say The Lord, or The God, and they say: Al Lah, you are both saying the same in different languages. The Creator's Name is YHWH (English letters for Hebrew symbols) - EE AH OO AY - 4 vowel sounds - YAHUWEH. Interestingly Baal means Lord/Master, and god sounds exactly like Gad - the mighty one of luck and fortune.
