You have to understand the judges point of view. They wouldnt have been deductions because the judges can't see them.

she looked so out of place here. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN TO POINT HER TOES

1992 compulsory scores are almost as if they picked numbers out of a hat... I mean, the scores are like .3 off in some cases.

You need glasses.lol
Back then you had to show control and she did not and bobbles are bobbles PERIOD.
This was the COMPULSORIES not team optionals
-
Showing mastering? What in the world?
Also the bobble at 23 and 52-53 were barely a bobble at all and back then would not have resulted in deductions. Excuse me but I do not need glasses thank you very much.

She bobbled at the
23 second mark
52-53 mark
104/105 mark was a huge bobble
She also didn't get full extention on her split as well as the dismount where she didn't land it showing mastery which was a rule back then,
Get some glasses please.

I saw like 1 1/2 bobbles, and except for those the routine was gorgeous and she did not bobble on her dismount, she stuck it.

I def agree, certainly about her team ((both comp and opt)) routines. I do have to say, though, she came through in the AA. Coud she have done better? Absolute. BUT, considering the pressure, it was def pretty good. She kept the same mount that she fell on in Team Opt, with only a little wobble ((was anyone else doing that mount?)). tuck full, 2 layout step outs, rulfova, and a crazy dismount. But she def did better at Euros!!
-
I agree that if she performed as well as she did at Euros I would have fully agreed with her win - she was awesome there. Miller over-performed her here, however.

9.887
She really didnt ever have her best beam routine at these Olympics. Shaky compulsory routine, fall in team optionals, I did not see her AA routine but since she only got a 9.912 probably not her best. It is funny she performed much better at the Europeans then the Olympics. Had she performed as she did there then there would probably be less debating her AA win. I think she felt alot of pressure at these Olympics with expectations on her, similar to Kim who did even worse in that regard.

A 9.997 was an impossible score for this routine. She had 3 bobbles on the beam and a bobble on her dismount. I don't know what the beam judges were watching because it wasn't the routine they scored.
