Civil Rights Violated by Border Patrol Agents in Arizona

The border patrol agents claimed the dog alerted them that there was contraband in the vehicle, therefore they claim they had probable cause to enter the vehicle. We asked for a warrant, they said they didn't need one, that the dog gave them the right to enter the vehicle. They had spike strips in front of the tires, and we were surrounded by dozens of agents armed with machine guns and tasers, so needless to say, we weren't going anywhere. After we refused the search without a warrant present, they threatened to break the door open, and that's when i started recording. One of the officers began to reach into the car fumbling around for the lock. He hit automatic lock unlocking the doors and agents on both sides of the car ripped us each out of the vehicle, slamming us onto the ground and handcuffing us. They proceeded to tear the car apart for an hour at least, and found nothing of course, "I guess the dog really didn't smell anything." We were not charged with resisting arrest or anything. They would not give us a report of the incident when we requested one. We got the name of the officer in charge, his last was MUNOZ. We were honestly too shocked to confront the agents about there badge numbers after being assaulted.

General law enforcement checkpoints for drug, warrants,etc. are unconstitutional and illegal. Look up Edmonds vs Indianapolis. Just like cops can't just go to a bar and have a dog sniff every vehicle in trhe lot. Cops have to have reasonable suspicion before introducing a dog into the investigation.

I won't argue with clueless fools anymore. You wish to remain blissfully ignorant of your rights and thats fine with me.

you have a good case here man the officer at the minute 5:20 to 5:30 states . tells the other officers to get the k9 to inspect the car witch means the profrable cause its a false stamen and you were dettained unlawfully and without profable cause

It's called something like k-9 sniffs for American Citizen, laughed My Azz off especially when they got stopped and it was a guy who had been in hot water, he asked are you the guy from guy court,? hell they had all them so called well trained dogs pointing where to dig to find suzan powell out in the utah desert and those dumb dogs were wrong.anyway i will admit i have met some dogs smarter than people.

I would have asked the LEOs since the dog hit on your vehicle if you could interrogate the dog. After all, you have a right to confront your accuser.
