@TheGreek117 I guess I've just abandoned rock music lately. I'd take a song with interesting sounds and textures over something that just "RAWKS OUT!!" I agree Light Grenades was quite disappointing, though this one does seem like a step in the right direction.

@harpUnstrung68000 Well, it's music, it depends on our liking. Old Incubus were perfect in my opinion. They incorporated such a nice combination of funk, nu metal alternative metal! But still, that's my opinion. I don't say this song is bad, there will always be people who will like it, it's just that it has nothing to do with the old stuff, and I don't only mean SCIENCE. Even Morning View is way more hardcore and Crow Left of the Murder has some nice songs and riffs too, but their last ones...

@TheGreek117 Thankfully, gone. S.C.I.E.N.C.E. is a decent example of a derivative style belonging to the 90s, but beyond that there is nothing notable about it. Incubus has increased their creativity tenfold with the release of Make Yourself and it flourished with Morning View and Crow Left of the Murder.
