Will these shrimp be safe in a tank with Flourite? They hate copper, don't they?
-
I had red cherry shrimp, then added wild varieties and now I have black shrimp with a golden line running along the top. Some of the babies are red but most are black and gold. Anyone else experienced similar things?

So where did you come across your shrimp? =] I' like some for my betta tank! =]

It takes anywhere from 3 weeks to just over a month for a female to go from showing a 'saddle' til the eggs hatch. Time varies a bit depending on many factors but about a month is pretty much average.
