  • It takes anywhere from 3 weeks to just over a month for a female to go from showing a 'saddle' til the eggs hatch. Time varies a bit depending on many factors but about a month is pretty much average.

  • I had red cherry shrimp, then added wild varieties and now I have black shrimp with a golden line running along the top. Some of the babies are red but most are black and gold. Anyone else experienced similar things?
