Thanks for the info and video. I have this board w a Core 2 Quad Q6600 cpu. Right now dual booting Hazards Snow Leopard & Win 7 Ultimate. Everything works so well I hate to fark with it but next time we have a cold rainy day I might try LION on a third drive assuming I could run the installation from Snow Leopard but tell it to install on another drive.

@sporty04 Thanks for the comment. I don't think there is a third party, it is important this explained in the two videos. The installation always her have done on separate hard drives, it's the option that will give fewer problems. By the way, you can upgrade to version 10.7.3 without problems.

@jorgejair666 en el Snow Leopard???, esto es Lion, si te refieres aquí, me reconoció la tarjeta gráfica natívamente. Mira la 2ª parte de la instalación.

En mi otro video de la instalación en snow Leopard utilizé el efi studio 1.1, y la instalé como la 9800 gtx de 512mb.

Luego arranqué y en las opciones de chamaleon puse el comando GraphicsEnabler=y y conectado sólo a la salida vga.

Todo ello con la distri de iAtkos S3 V2

hey. I have the same MB and also successfully installed L1 just now, very easy. On the installation options I chose nothing at all, then after install from multibeast I chose VoodooHDA 0.2.61, and then used the Atheros for internet as you mentioned.
