Grant & Eric's San Fran Wedding

On February 16, 2004, we went to San Francisco's City Hall to get a 'gay marriage' which has now been voided (are we divorced?). Schwarzenegger has vetoed two gay marriage proposals but the battle continues on. We were honored to participate in such a large civil demonstration and to obtain equality, even if temporarily. This was put together back in 2004 before are big ceremony for friends and family.

Thought of you today, and wondered how you are, if you re-married legally lately? or what? Wishing you wondrous happiness.

I can also see that one of my previous posts (about dogs), that was in response to a repulsive comment someone else made, is now looking pretty bad, because the original offensive post has been removed. If one were to see the original offensive post they would understand my comment, now it looks pretty bad.

I am glad to see you got what you wanted in the end but hardly my idea of romance, I can't believe that they would make you go through all of that!

I agree about democracy and usually we should go with what the majority of society wants but if that comes into direct conflict with someone elses life it should not be allowed! And when direct I don't mean someone sitting at home going "oh no it's the gays!" I mean it like not being able to get married! Straighe poeple have it easy, i have it easy
