@raporfest Man I know your pain: you hate changes in Wonder Woman mythology and outfit, you hate what JMS did, I hate changes in "Star Trek" made by JJ Abrams. It's OK if someone don't like franchises like WW or ST, but that is no reason to change everything in does series, in order to please people who never neither like nor care about original material.

Part of the problem with readers today is that they can't imagine heroes from other cultures: everyone has to be relateable: well, I don't want a hero that's relateable, I can read the newspaper and bad romance novels for that. I want an icon, an ideal.

While I loved Perez' run, we need a few things returned to WW: Steve Trevor as a love interest (he was no more lame than Lois Lane), science to Paradise Island (remember when the set the standard for advanced cultures in the DC universe?) . .

The culprit to blame to this new Wonder Woman outfit is Overprotective Moms. I swear video games, TV shows, food you know the Taco Bell Incident how they want to sue them because is to much beef.

Didn't they have aquaman smuggled out as a child on the one shot only tv movie with a different actor later to be Green Arrow on Smallville. Don't they have better thinks to do than mess up WW's origin? Change in costume for new stories is okay but don't change her origin please or at least not into a repeat of Aquaman. This costume is better than Cathy Crosby one which was her worst ever.
