Rotion #3 - PC game - Level editor & more

New stuff:
-Fully functional level editor (although AI and orbits have to be done outside Rotion)
-Simple AI with five possible types (sleep, pursue, evade, suck, repel)
-First unique music track by LoudCore
-More graphics options & fixes
-Hints over buttons and options
-Welcome screen (only shows once)
-Enhancements to free play mode
-Themes and loadscreens in level files
