@borofreak u r completly right gp's Q is alternative attack which costs mana.

ok, so he got healed because his Q applies on-hit effects - like crit, Sheen and LIFE-STEAL. He had a Wriggle's Lantern - this is where the triggered life-steal comes from. My work here is done.
