Rephlex records (Aphex Twin's label) released 2 compilation CDs full of dubstep before the name dubstep had even caught on. Grime and Grime 2. I'm pretty sure a lot of the Rephlex parties in the UK had grime acts playing on them in mid '00's. So if anything RDJ was pushing it when it first came out.

I just realize of this, if that guy is the real Richard, he was really really stoned, or his ex-wife has stolen his money and left him on the street, but in this case, the richard we all know would rather live as a homeless to play that shit in that den of promiscuous subhumans, or simply became a demagogue. Lol at everyone hating on dubstep. I like all kinds of music. Why can't you listen to both heavy, tear-your-face-off dubstep and chilled out and serious stuff like Burial? I listen to braindance, techno, dubstep, jazz, funk, ambient and whatnot! If RDJ wants to drop some heavy dubstep, then Jesus Christ why can't he? There is no such album as "seaside specials". There was however a 1:13 long video called "AFX Seaside Specials" that was a teaser for the Bloc Weekend festival. Also said video didn't even contain any music by Richard.

1. This is not Richards music, its Koan Sound by Akira.
2. 99% of dubstep is shit because they go way over the top with it.
3. /IF/ Richard ever uses "dubstep" in his own music he wont do it like a complete retard, he would do it in moderation and make it sound good!
4. The mighty Aphex Twin is never going to succumb to this pathetic fad known as dubstep.
