- Residen Evil: Extinction (2007): Abandoned in Las Vegas
- Deep Impact (1998): Flooded and decapitated by a huge wave
- Superman IV (1987): Nuclearman lifts her from her pedestal
- Around the World in 80 days (2004): Under construction
- David Copperfield (1983): illusionist made the statue apparently vanish
- Titanic (1997): When the Carpathia and Rose arrive at New York City
- X-Men (2000): Site of a climactic fight sequence
- Ghostbusters 2 (1989): Brought to life
- A.I. (2001): Submerged up to the bottom of her torch
- Bollywood Cartoon (unknow): Dancing and singing
- Escape from New York (2001): the headquarters for the police force encamped around Manhattan Island
- Batman Forever (1995): Its head is damaged by the helicopter in Gotham City.
- Independence Day (1996): The Statue of Liberty's head lying in the Hudson River while New York city is in ruins.
- Superman II (1980): The torch is destroyed accidentally by Superman
- Cloverfield (2008): The film's monster decapitates the statue and the head lands in the street
- Planet of the Apes (1968): Half-buried on the beach

the statue of liberty was only seen in the richard donner

cut of superman 2 it got cut out of the richard lester version

and it was only used for 1min in batman forever and you left

out judge dredd the statue was also used in.
