dude so what if music as changed since 40 years ago. thats NOT a bad thing and underoath is definitely not a bad thing. and you cant judge a band from these videos because most of the time the sound isnt that great. you obviously dont realize how much underOATH and other great bands have to offer.

they play music, thats there JOB. just as if you would go to work, that is what they do. except they play music and write music instead of going to an office everyday.

ok first of all. they are not metalcore. there guitar is a light distortion, they dont use any just metal chords. all the chords that they play have lots of upper extentions on them and are totally crazy different sounding sweet chords that are NOT metal.
