Selena Gomez told Tiger Beat & BOP a secret about something that she did in Puerto Rico while filming the WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE movie. It's pretty cool - watch and find out!

  • @meloka4evr I can never find the f crackers, they don't sell them at Walmart or pueblo that why I never heat them...

  • I bet after she taught her crew what a smore is, they took her to Piñones and taught her about our bacalaitos, sorullitos, empanadillas, piononos... all with a refreshing piña colada! :D

  • @meloka4evr It has come to our knowledge thanks to American tv, but it's not a cultural or local custom to have them, if it wasn't for tv and the kit they sell in stores (but mainly for tv) I wouldn't know what it is, lol. I have never tried them though.

  • @Delizflv And what's the shame in being a jibar@?? It's called culture, don't be affraid of what other's might think, ashamed of it nor use it in a pejorative way. Btw, I'm just a jibarita from Mayagüez and I've never tried smores, lol.

  • @xxoldlacexx When you go camping, especially with the Boys/Girls Scouts you do get to roast marshmallows, but not with the chocolate and the crackers. Well, at least not when I used to be one, lol. Otherwise she's right, we all know what it is but most of us have never had them. By this I mean, "inland" Puerto Ricans. :)

  • It's not really that popular, but it's common knowledge. You can even buy the kit to prepare them like the fondue set in several stores. It's not traditional for sure, but we are a very Americanized society so we do know what it is. I gifted my uncle one of those sets once because his wife was raised in the USA, but I have never tried them.

Just like pb&j sandwiches, it's not common that we eat them, but almost everyone knows what they are. Those I love! :)

  • i live in Puerto Rico and I've ate smores since i was a baby

  • i live in texas and we eat smores ALOT i mean alot....i wish i could go around and give smores in texas but the problem is that they would already be eating smores...btw I LOVE YOU SELENA <3

  • LOL, smores (:

  • i dont think that qualifies as a secret
