You're beginning your backswing with your wrists. Most pros agree that to gain a fluid motion on your backswing you need to begin with the rotation of the upper body while stiffening your wrists until the club is at least parallel with the ground. This way, you get out of the habit of "lifting" the club, which in turn enhances your kinetic linkage.
Otherwise, keep the swinging with your upper and lower body as it is.. since it's pretty good, but still, don't force your back swing, as T1tleist said.
It's really not about strenght, but about precision; hit a ball with a great swing and you'll drive it much better (And farther) than if you were trying to put it on orbit.
as everybody have said before, you are driving your hands (and arms) much too close to your chest when your swing goes up.
Try to form an L with the golf club and your arms; meaning your left arm should be steadier, your right arm your break only a bit... and your hands should be straight too.. don't break them.. if you do, you'll lose control of your swing.
He's right you need to get widder on your back swing and create more distance between either your chest or head. Your swing is to compact and you're not extending down the line caused by your back swing.
you seem a little lazy at the top of the swing. Make sure to keep that left arm nice and straight. And as someone mentioned previously, definite sliding forward on the downswing. Good stuff!
your elbows look too tight at the top loosem up a little.

on your downswing you are breaking down, stiffen up your left arm a little and loosen up your right, feel your left arm pull through when you swing.

bring your right shoulder a little lower, this will created more distance between your and and your chest at the top of your back swing!
