No, I'm not subjecting myself to that. Every single creationist claim I have heard has been vacuous. I'm not going to torture myself just hearing the same arguments over and over again.

@Godswordistruth73 Project Steve is where I get the statistic. An informal survey found that 97.3% of biology departments said there was no scientific controversy with creationism. Not just that creationism was wrong, but that it wasn't even worth their time.

@Godswordistruth73 The ICR and AIG scientists have no creation research in mainstream journals. They are not qualified. Presuppositions of science are basic things like external reality exists and we have ways of perceiving that reality. Presuppositions of creationism are things like God exists and does stuff. The presuppositions of creationism are more philosophically controversial than the conclusions they're explaining.

@Godswordistruth73 @Godswordistruth73 No. It's not a basic presupposition of evolution it is a presupposition that life came to be somehow or another. Further the claim that life came from non-life would never be a presupposition of any science. Science doesn't really presuppose anything, except some basics like that external reality exists. Presupposing a conclusion is the territory of apologetics.
