As the dreadful economic news piles up, President Barack Obama used his weekly address to challenge the nation to not just hang in there but rather to see the hard times as a chance to "discover great opportunity in the midst of great crisis." (March 7)

at the end of the day..Obama was the one to free the guys in guantanamo and he was the one to say we need to exit iraq and he was the one to say stop the torture...yes water boarding is torture...i would not like it and i am sure alot of others would not like it.,..

What has he done that's "great" exactly? He hasn't been in office for a whole year yet. This is an obvious sign that people are paying to his WORDS rather than his ACTIONS. Read some of the legislation being supported by his Admin. Never mind the huge amount of money we've been throwing away.

And yes, I could do better. I have studied politics, history, and the economy more than most of the idiots who ran for office. But many Americans would not agree with the measures that need to be taken.
