Sorry, I don't have a tutorial for this.
I can however explain that the cover is 3 image layers. One for back cover, one for spine, one for front cover arranged in 3D space.
pages are similar. multiple image layers in 3D space.
cover open is a simple rotate of the layer (keyframe it closed, scroll through timeline to where it should be open, and keyframe open).
Page turn is a "page turn" animate (or something similar, search in the effects bar)
Footage is just a video on top of page layer..

Please check out some of the resources I have talked about above (e.g. video copilot or creative cow.net ) for great tutorials which will teach you all the skills you need for something like this.

swirl is a simple mask reveal of a swirl brush from photoshop.
the rest is simple zoom and camera move in AE.
was fairly simple to do.
If you have no idea what I am talking about, check out some basic AE tutorials online, such as creative cow or video copilot. They've got some good stuff :)
