  • @frenchiecocorico1 I think its tuned like a renaissance lute. Baroque lutes are huge monstrosities with like 6 harp strings on top of the renaissance's 11 course configuration.

  • It's incredible that I've never heard about Göran Söllscher while he is without any doubt one amongst the best guitarist I've ever heard.

Could someone tell me whether this guitar was tuned following 11 courses baroque lute or as a normal guitar with free bass tuned following tonality?

  • Ausgezeichneter Vortraeger!

  • Esta pieza es un Orgasmo para mis oidos, y en las manos del maestro sollscher.... Ufff!

  • Einfach super. Fantastisk!

  • Gorg Bolin is the maker. No longer living. There was one on ebay a few weeks ago. I don't know what it sold for. incredible sound isn't it. He was a great woodworker.James krenov was one of his students.

  • This is an 11-string guitar-lute built specially for Sollscher by a Swedish maker.

  • Another beautiful piece and another beautiful performance.

  • What instrument is that? I've never seen anything like that. How many strings is that?

  • thanks a lot
