Filing bankruptcy may not necessarily offer a total discharge of student loan debt; however, it may still help in ways you wouldn't have expected.

  • @rbolo29 As George Carlin once said "It is called the American dream, cause you have to be as sleep to believe it"

  • What did you major in?

  • Whatever happened to just paying for things with money you earned?

  • All the "solutions" involve another loan and paying an "expert" some more money.

  • @mcline007 Keep in mind that when you hear the noble con mantra of "less government", that what they really mean is opening the door for companies like sallie mae and bank of america to screw consumers. In fact, republicans want to eliminate anything that looks like consumer rights

  • Americans are in deep trouble. They spend in meaningless wars and not in helping their own.

Most would rather initiate a war against some third would country than provide heath care to the poor or cheap education to their young.

The destiny of America is sealed. America will become the largest third world country.

While most Europeans, Chinese and Indians are getting smarter, Americans are getting dumber and selfish.

For the record, I am neither European, American, Indian or Chinese

  • This video is pretty interesting, does that make me a nerd? We might be able to work together. I help people who have file bankruptcies get a cash settlement

  • @childsplay27 Grow up. I am in that role and my kids are going to be near starvation while I work 2 jobs working 75 hour weeks for 10 years. Guess what? The banks will come after your parents next. They will get your money whether you like it or not. Stop being selfish. Someone has to pay. If you keep working broke you will eventually get promoted and start earning. You need to take responsibility for your actions. Not whine and try to avoid it by taking your life

  • Don't bankrupt! You think you are having trouble now paying them off? Try paying them off without a job because of a shot credit history. Get 2 jobs and be broke. At least you can stay employable. No job = no freedom
