Pretty old. And yeah this is what the "feud" is based off on. Cena did say a few months back that most of the things he said back then was just rile the Rock back , as he is a fan. I mean he even admitted he was sad Rock left once. Notice in there he said "Just raise a peoples eyebrow once and get out of town" This is pretty much indicating that as a fan, he just wanted Rock to show up from time to time. This is what Rock does now, so everything is fine.
