Apartment in DC

So this is my new place up here in DC.

That whole area of the country the apartments are real old and creapy, tiny, and WHITE, sorry I don't mean to be such a queen, but New England sucks when it comes to housing. It's a used up area of the country.

heh DC isn't New England, but I know what you mean. This building is pretty old..DC is very historic and there are so many rules and regulations when it comes to re-building.

When I said New England I guess I was off, but, I pretty much mean most of the North Eastern US. It's funny how something can be historic but they don't want to make it look nice. Sort of like someone keeps a rusty old car in their yard because it's a classic, even though it's an eye sore to the neighbors. LOL

I know what you mean, hah. Yeah I'm pretty much paying for the location (which is great) rather than the apartment itself.
