Flow Wrappers by Total Packaging Systems

All of our Flow-Wrapping machines utilise a single roll of film with a 3 sided seal.
This horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) process creates two end and one longitudinal crimped seal with the packaged product presented inside. These flow pack machines are capable of packing a wide variety of products using any heat sealable or cold seal wrapping material.

From the entry level FX Range with rotating seal jaws to the specialist Taurus 700 with box motion sealing, we guarantee to be able to provide a Flow-Wrapper suitable for any application.
 
All of our Flow-Wrapping machines are available in a basic mechanical or multi-axis electronic version, and renowned for their reliability and ease of use. Machines run MAP options are available on all machines including the revolutionary and high performance Vela 600 with box motion jaws.
