The Lady of Shalott

A reading of the classic poem by Alfred Lord Tennyson with music from my symphonic suite Passion's Progress and some of the many paintings inspired by the poem. I have written a play inspired by the poem, about the repression of passion and the closing down of the senses.

I love your voice, the music and the images it evokes in my head ere amazing. Welldone! I really and trully wish you well on your play, (I'm an art history/fashion design student), and if I ever got the chance to design costumes for a pre raphelite type film or play that would be a dream come true. PRB is one of my all time fav art movements.

This is a lovely poem. I'm not much for poetry (excepting Byron, Poe and Tennyson), but this one pierces the heart.
