You might need to change his back a little to where he doesn't look like he has a stick up his ass when he walks. Just sayin. :P

Hm... the head movement might can be fixed by playing around with the positioning of the mouth or perhaps by placing an eye on the head somewhere.

For mine I put the mouth where it would logically go and just rotated it into the body to cut down on the weird movements that occurred otherwise.

But not bad. :)
