I find it interesting that the weight gain was from polyphasic sleeping! Since Im a guy, so I guess I dont mind it too much, but Ill keep that in mind! im currently doing everyman 3, and ive been pretty good with it for over a month! cant wait to try uberman! - I always watch your vids - your too awesome : )

@ciyean I dont know, the shallower people I met were born and raised in the burbs of LA, and of course there are shallow people anywhere you go, but I have deeper conversations at the gas station in TX than I had with some of my closest friends in LA.
