Thank you for this video. My husband and I did it for a min or so in each point in rotation around 530pm. By 2am I woke up having contractions coming every 2 mins lasting 1 min to a 1min20s. I had my baby a 457pm the following day after doing this. Thank you for this video it work when done correctly.
