The UP ROTC program is one of the best leadership and adventure training courses in the University that essentially teaches practical life skills.
The University of the Philippines pioneered ROTC in the country in 1912. In its nearly 100 years of existence, the UP ROTC has produced numerous leaders of our country who have left a legacy of service, leadership and excellence - keeping true to the cherished UP ROTC shibboleths of DUTY well performed, HONOR untarnished, and COUNTRY above self.

  • Ang Best ROTC in the Philippines for 2011 ay University of Mindanao, Davao City

  • @efrencrux99 I am not sure how the law is right now, but it was not amended anyone that is not PMA is not a regular officer. This is like the US Armed forces in the 40s and earlier. US is no longer like that but we remained the same. Officers in the AFP are treated a like royalties and enlisted common people. There is not even a program where an EM can be an officer. There used to be back in the 70s not anymore. The PMA caste system is very strong.

  • Hunt them! Take them down! UP Black Hawks!
