OMG, I'm seeing a vision of my future. Scary!! This is how my house looks. I fantasize about renting a small flat elsewhere and leaving all my STUFF behind - trouble is I would fill that too..

Nice Hats! Dealing with all of the stuff is just what I'm doing too. I have many books garden books from 40 years ago which I'm now using again and will in the future. I'm glad I didn't throw those out. But when money is tight I think some items might be sold in this time of need. But then I'd have to be able to find them! lol What to do, what to do!
