Once i see a person REALY skilled enof to shoot down a flare then i would say it is posible.

have you tried picking up a person in stealth mode right next to another one

lol^^well i has cheat what i did put into easy mode so power doesnt go down ^^ but when i cant go some part of the game in delta i swhitch it easy and then back to delta^^
