Yep you're correct about he RAM according to Intel website information xD Atom N2600 up to 2GB max. and for this Atom N2800 up to 4GB max. that's great! xD Sorry if I doubt your infos d-_-b
@KOLTON545 Yeah Intel based ones do, mainly cause there overpriced, and under powered, AMD on the other hand has been pawning INTEL when it comes to netbooks, as they have a better price point, and a better CPU/GPU combo, I have an older single core AMD MSI Wind U230 light, and it still beats a lot of the new Intel based netbooks coming out now, except power wise.
Unfortunately you can't upgrade the RAM. The chipset will let 4GB, but there is no back plate to open. Screw you ASUS, when ram is so damn cheap.

I'm pretty sure that netbooks, running on windows 7 starter, don't even support more than 2 gigabytes of ram... but I might be wrong :D
