This was a project for my 16mm filmmaking class. I was thinking a lot about life and existence in general at this time, and my friends and I kept staying up all night talking about everything imaginable. It was a very philosophical time in my life and somehow this film came out of it.

  • what city did you film that?

  • @range90rover90 Philadelphia

  • this is a really cool video. But i like the music video version more. It helps bring out the film, and give it more of a meaning

  • @pittshnogle Thanks - I agree!

  • The cinematography was amazing, and also the ideas you expressed made me think and actually widened my view of the universe... very good vid, dude.

  • Cool man - Thanks.

  • this has and probably always will be my favorite video on youtube.

and your description makes me ridiculously excited for college.

  • This is also fantastic!

  • Ahh, man. This Alan Watts lecture totally made me think of the end of Florida by Starfucker :)

This is a fantastic video. The West Coast version is even better.

And you're right, the way I think about it completely changes from fine art to something else. Haha, don't know how to categorize it. But it's completely perfect for that song, down to standing alone in a black coat ;) so good.
