  • What if someone push you when u r in this stance...wouldnt you be off balance?

  • good question, this has to do with shifting your weight which i will explain in an upcoming video.

  • question... I noticed that your stance has an opening between your knees which exposes the males weakness.. what happens if people try kick u in the nuts continuously? wouldn't it break your stance?

  • your question has to do with "fighting strategy" which i will cover in the near future.

the quick answer is that could very well happen if you used "close in footwork" in "distance fighting range". "close in footwork" should only be used when you or your opponent has already "bridged" the gap.

  • hey Jin.. Great videos! I like your explanation on footwork but could you show some side steps and back steps? I see you do them in other videos, but not explain in detail.. im sure you will cover them soon but i was just wondering. Thanks!

  • sounds like a plan. peace!

  • @silvertigressss did you know it was created by a monk woman but any body can learn wing chun.

  • jin do you teach covering your center line with your elbows? i do wing chun and our sifu makes us 'tuck' the elbow in so that it covers our center line

  • DiD That Guy Star In AVATAR?.

  • Sifu Jin, When would use an outside and when would you use an inside triangle?

  • @jambi99 EXPLAIN!

  • @johnnylynnlee in silat the foot work is actuall muchwider than in wing chun allso wing chun tilts the knees slightly toword each other and a few others dealing with motion of the leggs when in motion

  • Bad wing chun.... very bad wing chun.

  • oh..ic

  • @IgaShinobis personaly i could see 4 ways to avoid becoming off balance after a push, 1# step 1 foot back, 2# step to the side, 3# deflect the arms before the push has taken affect or 4# Hit him in the face! Just imagine that you where pushing someone... what would you want them to do? youd want them to not move their position, not move your hands and definately not hit you while you lean into them.

  • what´s the basic diference btween the triangular footwork of wing shun and the triangular footwork used in silat, that bruce incorporate in JKD? is the same principle?
