@citydrinking can you use Havana Club Anejo Especial Rum (gold) or dose it have to be the white? I'm thinking of making this on the weekend.

hi & thanks for watching. You can use the Havana Club if you want, obviously it will be different to using white in the end but we tried it out after getting your comment and its still great. With every cocktail like with food its down to personal taste we are giving our opinion on the best way but if you want to use more or less, white or gold its your drink.

To the people complaining that the bartender is putting his hands on the mint and the glass, WTF? First this is alcohol. Do you seriously think you're gonna get cooties? Second, if you don't want other people touching your drink or food, you really shouldn't eat out at all. Think about that when you eat salad. Yes someone's HANDS were all over that. Mmmmmmmmm.

I'm taking my professional mixology right now and this is a great mojito video for practice! Many video I've seen use a blender and how I'm being taught is definitely NOT with a blender so it's great to see this actually being applied!

I'll be sure to incorporate slapping the mint garnish ;)
