Graffiti has existed since ancient times, graffiti can be scratch marks to elaborate wall paintings.
Today spray paint, markers and spark plugs have become the most commonly used materials.
In a lot of countries, defacing property with graffiti without the property owner's consent is considered vandalism, which is punishable by law.
To some it is a way of talking out, it is also art, and to gangs it is power and marking their turfs.
But, the public generally frowns upon "tags" that deface bus stops, trains, the metro, buildings, mailboxes, windows, playgrounds and other public property.

Bombing and Tagging Graffiti, well we have all seen it, going to work, driving your car and looking out the window, even waiting at a red light to cross the street, it's on the poles, walls, mailboxes, and so many other places, and yes some of it is nice and some of it is not, but in today's world, it is still a form of art and communication, and people are people who just want to be herd, just like cave men where a million years ago when they wrote on there cave walls, its a form of being human, and expressing one's self.
