  • Horrible ergo technique.

  • 1 person fell off the elliptical, hit their head on the rower, and landed on the treadmill.

  • This is some of the worst rowing technique. This is an absolute joke for teaching rowing technique. Perhaps he should consult someone who actually rows so that he can teach people proper technique and not that crap that he is showing in this video. If someone were to row like that for a longer duration frequently they could easily injure themselves. Don't listen to any of the rowing advice in this video. It is also called an ergometer, not a rower.

  • So, on your rest intervals for your treadmill workouts you jump off the treadmill and put your feet to the side? I've never seen that before, normally I would just slow the belt down (which I am sure is the other option).
