Since Intellectual stimulation includes not only learning new idea and but also identifying problems (i.e. seeing organizational issues from different perspectives), the point at the end where the coach helps Brock to see how his behavior has been a problem, and that "if he walks around defeated, so will they" helps Brock to learn how to address his team's issues of leadership.

I see the individualized consideration, some symbolic representation of idealized influence, and maybe a little inspirational motivation. However, where is the intellectual stimulation?
