Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng who is also the Secretary-General of DAP gave a speech at the Chinese New Year open house hosted by Penang DAP Chairman, Chow Kon Yeow. He repeated Pakatan Rakyat's pledge on the abolishment of highway tolls.
