Draw with Light and Sound

Interactive audiovisual installation.
Turn up your speakers plz!
No software was used to create the videofeedback. But with the help of MaxMSP and Jitter I've managed to analyse the images projected and produced sound waves with it (midi + frequencies). Everything is done on the spot, in real time.

the sound is created by the visuals that you make in real time. the sound is an auditive presentation of the visual light. when there is no light, there is also no sound and vise versa. the more light there is, the more sound(s) you create.

i'm trying to get it the other way round,,, that the sound re-draws the fractal.... have any ideia;;

You should take a look at programs as MaxMSP and PureData. These are visual programming tools that can help you create just about anything you want.

Don't get me wrong, but one lil' remark: why would you want to draw visuals lead by sound? isn't this what most visualisation plugins do in media players?

tnks.... and yeah.. it is.. but can u imagine the kind of fractal in a projector,, big screen.. when every instrument goes about re-drawing in a diferent way...the fractal u creating with the band.... that's the goal! cheers!
