Dog For Adoption in Phoenix Arizona

This is Pernell. He is a 6 pound male black terrier Mix. He is very playful and can keep himself occupied all day long with his toys. He would do very well with other pups because this little guy has a ton of energy. He came from a shelter in California and is now at a shelter here in Phoenix Arizona. I have had Pernell for more than 2 weeks now. Because he has never been owned BY ANYONE before, it took him a little time to recognize affection and now he loves it. He is neutered and has had all his shots plus a microchip. The rescue center is asking a $100 rehoming fee. Pernell still needs a little work with commands ( especially 'come'), but he has the ability to learn, he just needs someone willing to work with him.
