Brother Sewing Machine CS-6000i - Getting Started & How to thread the bobbin, upper & lower needle.

**READ ME IM INFORMATIVE!!!**

This shows you the basics of the sewing machine from Brother, the Computerized CS-6000i. It shows basic things like turning it on, using the foot pedal or not, the buttons on the machine, and how to thread the bobbin, upper needle, and lower needle. Feel free to ask any questions. Enjoy!!

PS- I am not an expert. Honestly, I just got the sewing machine the day before I recorded this & thought it might help some new sewers out. I am a fast learner & already know the basics of the machine, but do not know the name for everything so I will say 'thing' during the video because I do not know the name. This does not mean I don't know how to use it, because I read the directions multiple times to make sure I did it right.

If I'm starting to thread my lower needle and the thread breaks, what do I do? Do I have to unwind the bobbin and start all over again? Thank you for your video it is very helpful!

Thanks for doing this--I just bought this machine and was glad to find your tutorial. And BTW--no one that is a good person cares what your nails look like, honestly I didn't even notice--and any negative commenters about anything else have some mental issues. This was actually helpful for the basics for me, i learned tho if you come at that "hard part" where you put the thread it (the part you do in fast forward) if you come at that from the side, it wraps really easy and is actually easier than threading the needle itself in many ways. No big deal. This video got me up and sewing for the first time in my life! I was gifted this machine for xmas cuz I had hand sewn one hat. But now I'm a sewing....machine! : p thanks for posting!

Julia, you are an angel, a huge blessing to many and a born teacher! I have never sewed but bought this machine for myself & my daughter, finally taking it out of the box. The instruction book was NO help in threading (SO stressful!) but your wonderful step-by-step video was perfect (even for someone with very poor spatial skills!) and I actually was able to sew!
