@cuffmymuffin dr. sebi cured it all. Besides, you know there is a cure because for everythings on this planet, there exists it's opposite. so if there is a sickness, there is a cure. you just have to return the body to the state of health.

@xlrprettygirl88 mo important than FOOD is REST n RELAXATION n FASTING. Whenever there is lotsa STRESS there must be in opposite lots of REST! HOT BATHS wit SALT are a MIRACLE WORKER and revitalizes your ADRENAL GLANDS. So keep them in the regimen.

How often do you workout Dr Mutwasze? And what kind of workout routine you do? Free weights or di you use your own body weight like push ups and pull ups?

@stoveall83 At least 2-4 days out of 10 (depending on my shcedule). And yes, 95% of my reistance work is from my Own BODYWEIGHT, ie., PUSHUPS, PULLUPS, SITUPS, LEG SQUATS and so on...Dr. MooTwahz
